These terms are the contract between you and Norman Niati, sole trader in France (SIREN 107715948), who publishes EGON. By creating an account you accept them. If you don't, don't use the app.
A workout tracker. You log your sessions, you earn aura, you climb the leagues. EGON is not a medical service and not a coach: nothing in the app is medical advice, and no exercise, weight or program it shows is a recommendation about your body.
Lifting carries risk of injury. You are responsible for what you lift and how. Talk to a doctor before starting, especially if you have a condition, an injury, or you're returning after a long break. Stop if something hurts. We are not liable for injury arising from your training.
You must be 13 or older. One account per person, with real information. Keep your password to yourself: anything done from your account is treated as done by you.
EGON is a paid app: a subscription is required to use it. Plans, prices and any free trial are those shown in the App Store or Google Play at the moment you buy, in your currency.
As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a digital purchase. By subscribing you ask for immediate access and accept that this right lapses once the service has been fully provided. Where the store's own policy is more generous, the store's policy applies.
Your posts, photos, captions and comments stay yours. You give us only what is needed to run the feature: to store your content and show it to the people you chose to show it to. Nothing is published unless you publish it. Delete a post and it goes.

Every post, comment and account can be reported and blocked from inside the app. Reports are read by a human. We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules, and we will tell you why unless the law stops us.
Steps, calories and heart rate are read from your phone's health platform only with your permission, and only to show them to you. Heart rate is attached to a published session only if you turn that on for that post, and the switch resets for every session. See the Privacy Policy.
Delete your account at any time in Profile → Settings → Delete account: your account, training data and photos are erased permanently and immediately. Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription. Do that in the store. We may close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these rules.
The app changes, and these terms may change with it. The new version is published on this page with a new date. If a change matters to you, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect. Prices never change for a period you have already paid for.
EGON is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and correct, but we don't promise it will never be down or never lose a byte. Keep nothing here that exists nowhere else. Nothing in these terms removes the rights the law gives you as a consumer, nor our liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by us.
French law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the law of the country you live in, and you may bring a case before the courts there. Write to contact@egonapp.com first. Most things are settled that way.
