How to do the VersaClimber

  1. Step onto the pedals and place one foot in each, keeping your body close to the column.
  2. Take a handle in each hand at a comfortable height with a slight bend in the elbows.
  3. Set a short stride length to start, so the pattern stays smooth before you lengthen it.
  4. Drive the right foot down as the left hand pulls down, keeping the movement contralateral.
  5. Reverse the pattern immediately so the left foot and right hand drive on the next stride.
  6. Hold the rhythm for the planned duration, then shorten the stride and slow down before stepping off.
