How to do the Cable Low-to-High Fly

  1. Set both pulleys to their lowest position and select a light load on each side.
  2. Grip a handle in each hand with palms turned slightly upward and step forward into a staggered stance.
  3. Stand tall, brace your abdominals, and keep a soft bend in both elbows.
  4. Drive both hands up and inward on a forty-five degree line until they meet at chest or face height.
  5. Pause briefly at the top and hold the chest contraction without clashing the handles.
  6. Lower your arms back down and out under control, then repeat for the prescribed reps.
